Kundalini Yoga is an intentional combination of kriyas, meditations, mantra, and pranayama to expand our awareness. Kundalini Yoga helps us cope with stress, break through addictions, balance the glandular system and strengthen the nervous system among many other benefits.
Disclaimer: you will change if you practice Kundalini yoga. Soo, if you want to stay exactly the same, perhaps don’t practice kundalini yoga 😉
Wear comfortable clothing. If you don’t have a yoga mat a blanket will do. For props bring extra blankets or towels.
Balance your Adrenals.
Our energy can be flowing, we can be eating well, sleeping enough, but if our adrenals fail, it is hard to keep up.We get tired and snappy. Glandular balance, and in particular, strong adrenals and kidneys are important to have that extra edge, to control anger and hypoglycemia. Join me this month to shift out of stress!
